PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS

PRE-ORDERS

Items are available for pre-order from time to time, usually when the item is on its way (in transit) to the showroom from the supplier.

If a pre-order item is included in your order, your order will not be dispatched until the pre-order item has arrived.

If you would like the in-stock portion of your order posted prior to the arrival of the pre-order item, you need to contact Central Stores to arrange this. There may be an additional postage charge depending on the items ordered.

It is not advisable to select Express Post when placing orders that include pre-order items as there is no guarantee on the arrival date of the pre-order item.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We are able to special order fashion when it is available from the designer - particularly MegbyDesign. Special ordered fashion must be paid for at the time of placing the special order.

Please note there is no return on special ordered fashion & accessories.
