“Plants are at the basis of our being. They allow us to breathe, to eat, to dress. Spending time in a forest boosts our immunity, just looking at greenery makes us feel held. I studied nutrition (Oekotrophologie/Bachelor) after finishing school in Germany and completed a Bachelor of visual arts and applied design in 2009. In a way I bring these together in my art. The body is still at the center, the well being while making and wearing, the continuous finding of what is the right balance.”
