International Shipping

NEW ZEALAND

Standard shipping to New Zealand is $16 flat rate up to 1kg and $26 express post. Customers will be contacted for orders over 1kg to pay an extra shipping charge, dependant on the weight of the order.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

Standard international shipping is $35 flat rate up to 1kg. Customers will be contacted for orders over 1kg to pay an extra shipping charge. 

CUSTOMS/TAXES

For orders placed outside of Australia any applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Central Stores cannot be held responsible for any costs, taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

If the shipment is refused and your package is returned to Central Stores, for any reason including and not limited to customs, taxes, unable to deliver, you will be issued a refund minus the full cost of shipping.

RETURNS

No returns, exchange or refunds on goods purchased outside Australia.

INSURANCE

If an order is damaged, lost or stolen in transit, Central Stores will work with the customer through the Australia Post enquiry system to assist in recovery or compensation, however Central Stores is not liable to replace or reimburse the customer. It is recommended that you contact Central Stores when placing your order if you would like to arrange insurance.
