AUSTRALIA
Central Stores charges a flat rate postage of $10 on orders with free shipping on orders over $300 within Australia. Express post is available within Australia for $15.
Insurance is recommended for orders over $100. To add insurance to your order please email customerservice@centralstores.com.au to arrange. This additional cost is covered by the customer.
AUSTRALIA POST
Once your goods have been dispatched from Central Stores and have been officially lodged with Australia Post, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to deliver your order undamaged and within a reasonable time-frame to the address as provided to them.
Please note that there can be delays with Australia Post service from time to time however and you should check your tracking number provided if you would like an update on your delivery.

INSURANCE
If an order is damaged, lost or stolen in transit, Central Stores will work with the customer through the Australia Post enquiry system to assist in recovery or compensation, however Central Stores is not liable to replace or reimburse the customer. It is recommended that you contact Central Stores when placing your order if you would like to arrange insurance.
