Central Stores offers free delivery on fashion orders over $200 in Australia and $300 to New Zealand customers. That is orders that contain only garments, not accessories or other goods.

Standard postage is charged at a flat rate of $10 with goods posted in Australia Post satchels. Express Post is available for $16.

If you wish to collect your order in store please select 'Pick up in store' at checkout so you will not be charged postage.

We are happy to provide quotes for other international locations for fashion orders. Please contact us by email to arrange a quote.

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within two working days. Please note we are not open on Mondays, so orders posted after closing on Friday are generally posted on Tuesday.

Our store is based in Gilgandra, postcode 2827, so please allow extra time for delivery to states such as South Australia and Western Australia as Australia Post can take a little longer to deliver.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we provide a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post or in a satchel that has a tracking number. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Central Stores will not be responsible for returning parcels that are lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

If you are exchanging goods, please include a self addressed Australia Post return satchel so we can pop the replacement in for you, without the need to contact you for further postage payment.

There is no return on SALE items so please choose carefully from any Sale collections.
