The Milly Tiered Skirt features a gathered elastic waist with ties, allowing flexibility and comfort. Two layers of soft cotton voile provides coverage. The top layer has a two-tier design with a sweet ruffle, creating beautiful movement with each step. 

Cotton Voile is a lightweight, plain woven fabric made from 100% cotton. It has a higher thread count than most cotton fabrics, which results in a silky soft hand. It is lightweight, breathable and semi-sheer.
