Harper Skirt Cotton Voile - Black

Inspired by our always popular Harriet Bloomers (but with a little more length), the Harper Skirt features Victorian-style cotton lace detailing, an enclosed elasticated drawstring waist, and pockets. The Harper skirt is made from a light, soft and sheer cotton voile which feels beautiful on the skin. With the sheerness of the stunning cotton voile in mind, it is a lovely piece to layer over our Imogen and Camille Slips or under skirts and dresses to create elegant whimsy. 

The elastic waist is comfortable and fits a variety of sizes (please check the measurements against your own to ensure the right fit). It also features an enclosed drawstring that offers extra styling options. 

Some minor white stitching may be visible on the overdyes. The enclosed drawstrings also feature small white areas. 

Ballerina Red has coordinating velvet waist-ties.
